STar Lady premiere

This series documents the premiere of the documentary "Starlady - Queen of the Desert" at the Olive Pink Gardens, Alice Springs, 2012.

'Starlady Queen of the Desert' is a short documentary directed by Alex Kelly and produced by Josephine Wright. The documentary charts the journey of Starlady - hair dressor and youth worker as she ventures to Areyonga an aboriginal community outside of Alice Springs. 

The premiere bought community members together for a colourful evening and catwalk fanfare.
